At Colegio El Regato Ikastetxea, we know that learning to take care of ourselves is as important as learning academic content. That’s why our 4- and 5-year-old students took part in a healthy breakfast workshop, an initiative promoted by Serunion, within the Osasuna On Healthy Week.
At Colegio El Regato Ikastetxea, we understand that education goes far beyond academic content. That is why we actively work on the prevention of school bullying, promoting empathy, respect, and shared responsibility from the earliest educational stages.
Our 3rd Grade Primary students took part in an activity organized by the Department of Cohesion and Diversity Management of Barakaldo City Council. The initiative aimed to help students reflect on what bullying is and how it affects everyone within the educational community.
At Colegio El Regato Ikastetxea, we believe the best learning happens when knowledge is applied in real situations. That’s why our 1st-year Technological Baccalaureate students traveled to Orduña to intensively prepare their participation in the First Lego League.
Today, at our Colegio El Regato Ikastetxea, teachers from Early Childhood, Primary, Secondary, and Baccalaureate, together with the educational guidance team, met in a common space to analyze and develop new strategies that make our students’ learning more meaningful, motivating, and tailored to their needs.
With the arrival of Christmas, we bring to an end a new term full of learning, effort and shared experiences. These have been busy months in which students have worked with enthusiasm, supported at all times by teachers and school staff.
Throughout the term, classrooms have been filled with projects, activities and challenges that have helped us continue to grow not only academically, but also in values such as coexistence, responsibility and teamwork. A journey we take together, giving meaning to our educational project.
