Today, several families took part in a special visit to the kitchen and the dining hall of Colegio El Regato Ikastetxea. This initiative is part of our commitment to transparency and close collaboration with our educational community, offering the opportunity to see firsthand how our school meal service works.

The visit began in the dining hall, where families were able to observe how our Early Childhood Education students enjoy their mealtime in a calm and supportive environment.

We want the dining hall at Colegio El Regato to be a space where our students not only eat, but also learn to enjoy food, coexist with others, and develop healthy habits.

The visit continued in the kitchen, where our head chef, Manu Elguezabal, explained how the team prepares the daily menus, selects ingredients, and applies the care and attention that go into each process. It was a valuable opportunity to see up close the coordinated, professional work that ensures every dish reaches our students with the highest quality.
